Industrial Refrigeration Engineer

Due to our continual growth, we are now looking for an experienced & qualified Industrial Refrigeration Engineer – Air Conditioning and Process Water Chiller Systems, to join our market-leading business in our established service team. Tasked with providing our clients with a first-class service in the maintenance and repair of their equipment in a hands-on environment, you will be driven, enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated.

Our mission is to be the supplier of choice for our customers' industrial and ambient air requirements and, to be their number one service and maintenance provider.

Our team of highly skilled engineers and apprentices are equally capable of supporting field installations, performing in-house overhaul or the supply and installation of new products. 

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial refrigeration
  • Experience working on various industrial systems
  • Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with F Gas certification.
  • Have the ability to deliver customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Be an effective and accurate communicator with customers and colleagues.
  • You will have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • You will be able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • You must have a clean Full UK driving licence.


Responsible to the Engineering Manager, you will be based at our Head Office in Shotts, North Lanarkshire.  Your role will be spread between client sites and our workshops mostly within the Central belt of Scotland, however, occasional travel further afield, within the UK may be required. Working hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.  Occasional overtime may be required.  The package will reflect ability and experience. A vehicle, Fuel Card, tablet PC and a mobile phone will be provided.
