Engineering Apprenticeships at CPA Engineered Solutions

At CPA Engineered Solutions, we offer engineering apprenticeships across our three specialist divisions. Each apprenticeship focuses on a specific engineering discipline, allowing you to develop deep technical expertise while working alongside experienced engineers.

For this year’s intake, we are recruiting three apprentices who will join our engineering team and develop their skills within one of our specialist divisions.

Compressed Air
Working with industrial compressed air systems used across manufacturing environments. Apprentices gain experience in installation, servicing, maintenance, and system optimisation.

Refrigeration
Working with refrigeration and temperature control systems used in industrial and commercial applications. Apprentices learn about cooling technologies, system installation, and the maintenance of critical temperature control equipment.

Controlled Air
Working with air management and ventilation systems that improve environmental control in buildings and industrial facilities. This includes technologies such as ventilation, cooling, and our Enershield Air Barriers.

Although apprentices specialise within a division, they are part of the wider CPA engineering team and gain exposure to a range of technologies and industries.
