An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant to join the Service Admin Team at our Head Office in Shotts.

As part of the Service Admin Team, you will provide support to the Compressed Air, Controlled Air and Project teams. Reporting to the Service Admin Manager you will be responsible for:
- Raising job cards
- Updating and progressing jobs
- Liaising with engineers
- Generating and creating equipment labels
- Raising hire agreements
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Reception desk cover
- General admin duties (filing, photocopying and scanning)
The ideal candidate will have an SVQ/HNC in administration or experience in a similar role. A competent problem solver with excellent communication skills, you will have a can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise your own workload to meet departmental deadlines. You will be experienced using programmes such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Hours of work will be. Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm. Friday, 8am – 4.30pm
