Our chiller hire process is straightforward, whether you’re planning ahead for scheduled maintenance or responding to an unexpected failure. Call us and tell us what you need. If you know the cooling capacity required, great; if not, our engineers will work it out with you.
With a hire fleet ranging from 10kW to 500kW and on-call engineers with direct access to it 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we respond quickly. Our F-Gas qualified engineers deliver, install and commission the right unit for your application.
And when you no longer need it, one call and we’ll arrange collection at a time that suits your operation.
Here you’ll find answers to common questions about how our chiller hire process works — what we’ll need from you, what to have ready on site, installation and commissioning, and what happens during and at the end of your hire.
Ideally, the cooling capacity (kW) and water discharge temperature you need, plus an idea of your hire duration. If you don’t have all of this, don’t worry, our engineers can help you and work out the right specification with you.
An adequate electrical supply, access for delivery, and suitable connection points for your water circuit. We’ll confirm exactly what’s required for your specific site before delivery, so there are no surprises on the day.
Full installation and commissioning are part of the service. Our F-Gas-qualified engineers will deliver, install, and commission the unit. We don’t leave the site until it’s running correctly with your system and you’re happy.
Our on-call engineers are available around the clock throughout your hire. If your cooling demand increases or your situation changes, we can adjust or exchange the unit accordingly.
When you no longer need the chiller, contact us, and we’ll arrange decommissioning and collection at a time that suits your operation.
Our hire terms are flexible, covering anything from short-term emergency cover to extended long-term hire. We’ll agree on the period that fits your requirements
