CPA are clearly keen to get the work done for us. One of the challenges for the services provided, particularly the Sonic Drier services, is that of access. As a production company, we require flexibility with access for CPA Engineers. While that is provided, what is unclear is where we're at in the scheduled maintenance activities. A clear and concise matrix sent out regularly to us would allow us to plan in better from our side so we aren't reliant on reminders.

Although we are still within the honeymoon period in terms of supplier/customer relationship, I have been satisfied with the level of service thus far.

Very good service from CPA. They have provided many solutions to our Air Conditioning requirements on site. This includes planning new installations, quick response to breakdowns and regular routine inspections carried out.

Having worked with CPA now for almost 10 years the service and quality of products have been great. The attention to detail on installation works and also the response times for call outs is impecable. i will certainly be continuing to utililise CPA for all aspects of engineering.

Set up service contract many years ago and this works very well... Service engineers are competant and work in a safe manor. We have 6 Sonic blowers in operation 52 week/yr with minimal breakdown time.
