The Challenge

When the motor on their existing compressor failed, our customer turned to us for a solution. Given the age and extensive use of the unit, repairing it was not a cost-effective option.

The Solution

We conducted a comprehensive assessment of the site and undertook 2 weeks worth of datalogging to determine which days created the highest demand of compressed air. As a result of potential savings and energy efficiency, we proposed the removal of our customer’s existing compressor and the installation of the new, full-feature FM 22RS Compressor.

The installation was completed smoothly and the customer is very satisfied with the outcome. The compressor is running to specification with no issues reported, delivering reliable performance and meeting all operational expectations.
