Henshaw Facades relied on a roller shutter door to access their facility. However, the slow operating speed of the door hindered movement across the premises. As a result, door was frequently left open for extended periods, leading to significant heat loss and compromised internal climate conditions. This created an uncomfortable working environment and increased energy costs. Henshaw Facades required a faster, more efficient solution to maintain internal temperatures and improve operational efficiency.

The Solution

After a careful site analysis, we recommended the installation of a Fast Action Door. The new unit was installed at the warehouse entrance, directly in front of the existing roller shutter door.

Designed for high-speed operation, the Fast Action Door enables quick and seamless access while minimising the time the entrance remains open. This solution provides Henshaw Facades with the combined benefits of improved thermal control during operational hours and security outside of working hours with the original roller shutter door still in place.
