CPA Group across the globe
The team have been busy this year travelling across the world to visit some of our supplier partners’ events. One of our Account Managers, Michael McKeever, and Technical Supervisor, Craig Lonsdale, represented CPA Engineered Solutions at the Butzbach Doors Conference in Germany. We are a trusted distributor of Butzbach’s Fast Action Doors here in the UK and were thrilled to take part in discussions around the newest developments in the business as well as sharing knowledge and information with the other distributors.
Further afield, our Sales Manager, Dean Gooch, and our Technical Manager, Euan Whelan, flew out to Australia to the Seeley International Conference. Here, they visited the Seeley manufacturing facility, getting an inside look at the innovations behind the world’s leading evaporative cooling solution. They also attended a series of technical presentations delivered by the Seeley team, strengthening our knowledge to allow us to continue delivering energy-efficient cooling solutions across the UK.
Seeley is not our only Australia-based partner, and whilst Dean and Euan were there, they headed off to Sydney to visit CSR Bradford Ventilation, manufacturers of Hybrid Ventilation, alongside Allan Ramsay, Managing Director of Marshmallow PTY who are our exporting partners for this hybrid ventilation solution. This visit was a great opportunity for the team to explore advancements in ventilation solutions and strengthen our international connections. Engaging with industry leaders like CSR Bradford enables us to bring best-in-class, sustainable solutions to our clients worldwide.
Project Management
Our project team are experts in the industry and are dedicated to driving success for our clients through efficient project management. From strategy, to set up to delivery phases, the team have a wide breadth of experience. Because of our expertise across several sectors, our project team provides project management services even when our manufactured or supplied products are not involved.
For a recent project replacing the chiller on the roof of a college, minimising disruption to the day-to-day activities was a priority. While the chiller had already been supplied by the manufacturer, CPA Engineered Solutions were brought in to handle the installation, and manage all other aspects of the project. This included managing the electrical contractor, organising and planning the crane lift out of normal working hours to avoid disruption as well as having our engineers sort the replacement pipework and carrying out the commissioning of the new chiller unit.
The project went through on time and with minimal interruptions and we are happy to offer these services to any other facilities that need it.

CPA Team updates
2nd Year Apprentices receiving their tools
Our 2nd-year apprentices received their starter tool kits earlier this week, marking the next step on their journey towards a great career in engineering – and who knows where it will lead!
We’re proud to be investing in the next generation, providing the tools, training, and support needed to help young people succeed in their engineering careers. By nurturing new talent, we’re helping build individual careers and strengthening the engineering sector.
But it hasn’t just been an important quarter for our apprentices. Last quarter saw three of our team hit big milestones in their careers here at CPA Engineered Solutions. Yvonne Campbell, our PPM Planner, had her 28th year. Michael McKeever, one of our Account Managers, has been with us for 17 years, and David Scallon, one of our engineers, has been at CPA Engineered Solutions for 10 years.
Our team continues to grow and we are all so grateful for the community we have built here.
But those aren’t the only big dates for our family – our Project Coordinator, Bryan McKay married his wife, Jaide, on 1 November on the banks of Loch Lomond. We all wish them a very long and happy life together.
